Because this is a personalize product and requires artwork from you, it is a two part ordering process. I will explain it in advance so you know what to expect.
Step 1.

Upon completion of this process, you will be sent to our “Thank You” page with instructions on how to send us your loved one’s photo.
Step 2.
You will be on our “Thank You Page”.  Type in your name. Browse your computer to find the digital photo  you want us to use on your porcelain oval Memorial Plaque then click on the Submit button.  We will place your order into production.
